Job Description

PositionHighlights:
*Position:Diagnostic Imaging Assistant- Front desk Admin - Mammography
*Location: Highland Park Hospital
*Full Time/Part Time:Full time, 40 hours
*Hours: Day shift 8-4:30, some weekends
*Required Travel:Yes- local to other hospital sites as needed

What you will need:
Education:High School degree or equivalent
Certification:CPRcertification required.
Experience:1-2 years of prior secretarial supervisory experience and medical terminology preferred.
Skills:Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required; typing 25-35 wpm.

What you will do:
Greet all patients coming into the Mammo department and assist with patient issues
Input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy
Schedule, check in, and verify information for patients
Make reminder phone calls to patients the day prior to their appointment
