Position Highlights:
Position: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Primarily at Evanston Hospital, light travel to other hospitals for meetings/events
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm hours may flex based on department needs
Required Travel: Light travel to Highland Park, Glenbrook, Skokie, Swedish and/or NCH for meetings/events

Education:High School diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred
Certification:N/A
Experience: 3-5 years of Experience
Skills: Typing, Virtual Meeting Media Platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Assist with reconciling Self-pay and Cosmetic Payments
Provider Onboarding
SRNAs, CRNAs, Residents and Physicians
Trainee Program Coordination
Airway Rotations (EM, Neurocritical Care)
Anesthesia Rotations (Dental, IM, Podiatry)
Fellowship Rotations
Submit Provider Reimbursements and Departmental Invoices
Organize Weekly Educational Lectures
Basic Administrative Duties (answer phone, schedule department meetings)
Provide Administrative Support Department Leaders (Vice Chair)
Maintain On-call Schedules (SmartWeb and EasyCall)
Other duties as assigned
