Job Description
DescriptionThe University of Chicago's Department of Surgery, Section of Urology, is seeking part-time Clinical Associates at 40% effort. Appointees will contribute urological consultations/outpatient procedures and varied ambulatory responsibilities to support and complement the faculty in Urology at UChicago Medicine's Crown Point, IN offsite location. Appointees will spearhead Urology's expansion to Northwest Indiana. Compensation is dependent on qualifications; these positions are not benefits-eligible.
Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and State of Indiana, 3) be Board-certified or Board-eligible by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent in Urology, and 4) have completed an accredited fellowship and/or equivalent training in Urology.
We especially welcome applicants with urological expertise and familiarity with the NWI region that will optimize patient care and enhance access.
