• Extensive experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Ariba experience desired.
• Bachelor''s degree plus 2-5 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area, or Master''s degree with 0-2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Main Purpose of Role
Assist PMO Team with daily activities to include:
• Record meeting minutes.
• Schedule Meeting invites.
• Send meeting reminders.
• Send pre- and post-meeting materials.
• Send follow-up reminders for deliverables.
• Track and communicate meeting deliverables.
• Maintain accurate list of RAN advisors (suppliers), internal RA leadership, and ATLAS champions.
• Communicate status of meeting responses to the PMO team.
• Track and process invoices.
• Track purchase order status for suppliers.
• Maintain supplier documentation.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint.
• Monitor shared mailbox.

• Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members and management.
• Ability to work autonomously with little oversight of day-to-day work.
