Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades Division is Looking for immediate work and that makes an immediate positive impact. PeopleReady Skilled Trades is for you because this person who loves diversity in your workday will suit the position in Aurora, IN. We are now hiring for Skilled Laborers with carpentry experience, who is also well versed with some other skills. The ideal person must have at least 2 years of experience. They must be skilled in working in residential remodeling and construction. Must have basic tools and knowledge of using power tools. If you feel you have what it takes, please Apply Immediately!
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $20 – $22 / hour
Responsibilities:
- May be required to carry and clean various materials as directed
- Must be able to assist with installation of doors, walls, and other residential construction
- Must be safety minded and adhere to all safety policies. Lifts, carries and holds building materials, tool and supplies
- Must be able to assist with carpentry responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload by lifting and/or carrying objects up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must have some basic tools
- Must have reliable transportation
- Good verbal and written communication
- Active listening
- Must have at least 2 years of experience
