Your Team
Teams will be organized by process tower and include internal teams that will partner with System Integration organization that will bring experts and teams to ensure successful development of the business process solution. This role will support guiding principles of the program to apply solution standard methodologies and out of the box solutions to ensure speed in delivering the solution!

The team will see development cycle through unit testing, end to end testing, performance and unit testing all the way through to successful deployment into production. Your team will also support the hypercare process for each deployment to ensure success metrics are met.

The IDL role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives.

The IDL role will be focused on delivering a quality solution delivery process to include application development and configurations that enable end-to-end business processes. This role will work alongside the Business Process Owner (BPO) team on the program to ensure that the business operations can function with the new technology solution. The person will partner with BPO to ensure that the solution will meet program guiding principles and business requirements to support the KCO customers, patients and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and Development: Design medical supplies with quality and safety in mind.
Purchasing and Supply Management: Source medical supplies from reputable suppliers.
Production and Manufacturing: Implement a robust quality management system that meets industry standards.
Packaging and Labeling: Use appropriate packaging materials that protect the product during transportation and storage.
Sterilization and Disinfection: Use validated sterilization and disinfection methods to ensure product safety.
Cleanroom Operations: Maintain a clean and controlled environment to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
Quality Control and Testing: Implement a comprehensive quality control program that includes testing and inspection.
Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA): Identify and address any quality issues or deviations from the norm.
Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality processes and procedures.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, or business required.
At least 10 years of shown ability in engineering or related technology roles is required.
Previous large transformation ERP program experience is desired.
Prior leadership experience in a matrix environment is desired.
Proven ability to set technology direction and supervise successful delivery and/or support of technology solutions.
Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation.
