Job Description
TITLE: HR Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience as HR include the following: talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
JOB DUTIES: Conduct recruitment process and pre-employment assessment, provide new employee orientation, and coordinate and monitor the new hires’ training program; Develop and implement employee recognition program focusing on retention and personal development, and oversee employee engagement survey and action planning; Conduct research and analyze on company’s benefits package, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive compensation practices; Develop and maintain salary structures, compensation bands and job rank, and prepare compensation proposals; Establish and manage annual HR budgets, and provide accurate and detailed models and projections for staff costs-related projects and initiatives; Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; Lead and oversee employee benefit programs, valuate and implement any new changes of programs, and maintain relationship with vendors; Collect and analyze data related to labor relations, and conduct reports for senior management and other stakeholders on labor relations matters; Investigate and resolve employee complaints and labor disputes in efficient and fair manner, and provide appropriate resolutions and strategies.
