Job SummaryThis position partners with the Senior Trainer for planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing training and educational activities, primarily focused on the Health Benefits Sales and Client Management functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to create, publish, and communicate training materials in support of sales, client management, and various support functions. Organize and update materials, while making them available as necessary. Plan training sessions and meetings with coordination of SMEs and stakeholders.

Help establish processes, procedures, and guidelines for accessing the quality of training and make appropriate adjustments if standards are not met or skill/knowledge gaps are identified. Collaborate with the Senior Trainer and leadership to help establish competencies for teams and ensure those are clear. Track activity against those expectations to display variance to those standards. Capture and compile insight to share with leadership.

Help with the continuous assessment of training needs, development of content, and implementation of training programs and curriculum. Support the development and manage instructional documentation, creation of SOPs presentation materials and messaging, and collaborating to design playbooks. Support the measurement of training effectiveness through surveys and other means to enhance the participant experience and elevating competencies.

In addition, the role may support the delivery of virtual, classroom, and other methods of training with coordinating training sessions from on-boarding through continuous development. Help host and deliver presentations, training, and initiative roll-out sessions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 3 to 5 years Training coordination, content design, and execution delivering successful training programs.
Prior Training support experience and ability to help organize and coordinate groups of people
Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation preparation skills; with supporting leadership with group discussions and group facilitation experience a plus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle pressure, and make informed decisions.
Demonstrated effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze situations and data objectively, and take initiative
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Flexible, collaborative, positive, and supportive of change
Computer proficiency in MS Office applications including at minimum Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint, as well as other training and presentation software such as Articulate/Brainshark, a plus.
Ability to travel on occasion

Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of training methodologies and practices a plus
Knowledge of Project Management and Change Management approaches
Experience in the medical insurance or Third Party Administrator field, a plus
Experience with training, public speaking, teaching or conducting presentations a plus.
Experience in technical writing and/or editing
Experience in curriculum development

The compensation range for this Training Coordinator role is $47,300 to $88,800. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
