Overall Purpose

This position will develop strategic relationships and serve as the organizations subject matter expert relative to market assessment and pre and post sales efforts in assigned area.

Essential Functions
Play a leadership role as the business liaison and the organization's subject matter expert in assigned area.
Build strong relationships with Sales, Product and Market Strategy groups to increase key deliverables in assigned area.
Manage client engagement in pre-sales launch activities including: Proof of Concept participant engagement; data acquisition and business case development.
Provide in-field consultative and technical support throughout key stages in the sales cycle; may represent company in client led joint application design (JAD) sessions to define and review all business requirements associated with a product or service.
Develop and enhance senior level relationships with key decision makers and business owners.
For Data Acquisition:
Acquire defined data that enriches current and future service offerings
For Deposit Risk & Government Services:
Manage post-sales activities to expedite service deployment and maximize customer utilization and value.
Drive increased market share and adoption for core service offerings.
For Identity Services:
Manage post-sales activities to expedite service deployment and maximize customer utilization and value.
Drive increased market share and adoption for core service offerings.
Articulate value of analytically derived models to internal and external customers.
Provides leadership to staff within assigned area.
Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, government or other related field depending on assigned area.
Minimum ten years of experience in assigned area
Depending on assigned area:
Extensive knowledge of liability risk or government-related products
Extensive knowledge of credit card products and industry
Extensive knowledge of identity and risk related products and industry
Working knowledge of the use of analytic tools and the ability to explain the benefits and application to others
Effective leadership skills to develop and retain highly engaged, high performing teams
Extensive knowledge of automated systems, services, processes, policies and procedures
Ability to open doors to senior level decision makers within area of expertise
Proven consultative and technical sales background with strong network of relationships
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a demonstrated record of success
Travel up to 40%
Thorough understanding and interpretation of data analytics for performance reporting and/or business case development.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The pay scale for this position in:

Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $155,000 - $175,000.

New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $160,000 - $180,000.
