As a Team Leader, you will provide outstanding leadership and coaching to travel professionals who are dedicated to excellent customer service to defense & government travelers before, during and after their official travels. And as part of the Traveler Experience Defense & Government organization, you'll be at the forefront of providing that exceptional experience.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
*Drive change and employee engagement through effective communications
*Use data to monitor counselors' activity and trends to provide ongoing performance feedback for delivery of excellent customer experience
*Demonstrate your business acumen and leadership
*Coordinate and facilitate basic management approaches for work scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution for day-to-day work

The experience and attributes we're looking for in new team members include:
*University degree or equivalent work experience
*4+ years working in a customer service environment
*Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
*Travel industry experience/contact center experience preferred
*Genuine passion for high-quality customer service - we care about our customers and it's important to us that you do too
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong teamworking skills
*Expert knowledge of customer service satisfaction requirements
*Willingness to learn and grow!
