Summary of Objective:
Primary responsibility for maintenance of all cost accounting records and systems for costing and analyzing jobs and maintaining and controlling inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

Oversees the process of accounting for jobs and maintenance of cost systems. Maintains inventory values and prepares inventory management reports. Ensures the accuracy of labor, burden and materials posted to jobs. Closes out completed jobs and prepares gross margin reports. Prepares cost journal entries and ensures accuracy of system created cost entries. Completes daily and period system and account reconciliations. Analyzes job performance and trends. Works with Customer Focus Teams to minimize old inventory and keep add bills current. Provide other financial metrics to CFT's as required. Performs special cost studies and financial analysis. Assist in compliance with PCI Financial Policies. Reconciles Raw Material, WIP, and Misc Material accounts monthly. Responsible for updating, tracking, and sharing/presenting related metric reports. Active participant in monthly departmental meetings. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
College Level Mathematical Skills
Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
