This Business Process Engineer will be working for a rapidly growing mobility operations company that provides professionally managed vehicles to career drivers and software company partners in this global smart mobility industry. They provide cars and assets for ride hailing and on demand travel needs. They have fairly limited documentation where the goal is to document the current processes and work with stakeholders to understand their workflows and create from scratch business documentation. They will help define and build out customer service and AR functions/teams.

Skills and Requirements

Business Process Engineering experience (5+ years)

Process improvement (Six sigma, scrum mindset)

Map out as is business processes

Understand reporting, what are key data attributes needed for future decisions to be made/KPIs monitored

- Project Management

- Understanding of Accounts Receivable

- Understanding of international business processes

- Understanding of customer service operations

- Understand a ticketing system

- MS Suite and Google suite (Dynamics and business central)

- Bilingual Spanish speaking (trilingual in Portuguese is a plus) Hubspot

Fluent in Portugese

Power BI for reporting

OmniChannel communications for customer service or a text messaging channel to know how to tie that data into the ticketing system

Six Sigma

Scrum background

Local to Medellin or Bogota null
