You are… As a member of Accenture’s healthcare team, you’ll be part of a team of health advisory professionals. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver leading edge Medicare strategy and operations capabilities to our clients. As a Medicare Enrollment Leader , your primary responsibilities may include: · Manage Enrollment Operations § Oversee the preparation, processing and maintenance of new members and renewal enrollment § Ensure timely resolution to research and resolve enrollment system rejections. · Implement Process Improvement § Oversees the maintenance of policies and standard operating procedure § Identify opportunities to streamline and continuously improve enrollment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors, including automation · Oversee the Team § Develop and manage a global staffing strategy to support all clients in alignment with budget § Manage the global team of enrollment staff for each client, include providing quarterly/yearly performance feedback, coaching, and training. § Oversees maintenance of policies and standard operating procedures · Support Member Escalations: § Ensure a seamless enrollment experience for Medicare beneficiaries. § Address direct or indirect member enrollment inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. · Support Regulatory Compliance: § Stay informed about changes in Medicare regulations and ensure all enrollment practices are compliant. § Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to mitigate risks. · Provide Subject Matter Expertise § Provide enrollment subject matter expertise for internal and external special projects, including but not limited to client or regulator audits, and new business Why should I join the Accenture Health team? · Innovate every day. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s what you need:

+ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medicare Advantage enrollment operations

+ Minimum of 5 years with strong understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and compliance requirements

Bonus points if:

+ Experience in consulting or client services.

+ Experience in Health Edge and/or MarketProminance technologies.

+ Experience working with or leading global teams.

+ Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.

+ Participation in CMS compliance audits.

+ Have an advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.

+ Experience with Medicare core admin platforms, member portals, member experience, CMS enrollment, broker commissions payments

+ Excellent leadership and team management skills.

+ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

+ Experience with CMS Annual Open Enrollment process.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

California $131,100 to $336,900

Colorado $131,100 to $291,100

New York $121,400 to $336,900

Washington $139,600 to $309,900
