JLL Property Management assists our clients by integrating a building's amenities, services, and sustainability programs to create engaging environments for tenants. The Property Management team assists our clients in the management of their Commercial Real Estate portfolios in the following ways:

Optimize asset value/portfolio goals
Budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
Property maintenance
Assessment and management ofcapital expenditures
Emergency preparedness
Tenant engagement and retention
Tenant reconciliations
Contract management
Client accounting services
Risk management
Technology Infrastructure

We are currently seeking a Tenant Services Representative to join our Office Property Management team. Our team's priorities are:

Providing an experiential approach which guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better business
Support the exponential growth of our business by providing people integration and synergy
Develop our people for bigger and better roles
Supporting ambitions beyond the workplace
Applying new technology and data to drive change

As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL, you will apply your friendly, outgoing personality and administrative skills to support our office property management team by greeting visitors and answering the phones, maintaining the social media platform, coding invoices, driving the coordination of tenant events. This is a great opportunity for you to start your career in commercial property management if you have a positive attitude, are proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the administrative needs of the team.

Education and experience:
A high school diploma is required. Currently enrolled in a business or real estate-focused field is preferred.
Less than 1 year of related experience. Experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector is a plus.
Ability to demonstrate advanced oral and written communication skills as well as strong organization and time management skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Event Planning, Reception, Customer Service. Previous experience in Accounts Payable a plus!

What you can expect from us:

Learn basic building operations and systems (work orders, systems, events, certificates of insurance, etc.)
Get introduction to CRE, specifically in Office. (i.e Yardi)
Build Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
