Job Summary:
The primary function of the Asset Management Supervisor is to develop and champion a culture of cost savings opportunities through new ventures, established practices and manage a team that supports the department in established processes and policies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meets with upper management to assess asset inventory, needs, risks, goals, and progress.
Oversees the Fluke Gold Plan program for all divisions and develops/maintains standardization of fleet
Studies market trends to maximize ROIs and identify investment opportunities in tool/equipment purchases/rentals.
Collaborates with Direct of Sales Operations to expand and drive vendor/distributor programs to project teams.
Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
Maintains the approval of vendors to ensure quality, fair pricing, and ROI.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements on current asset management processes.
Develops and maintains processes, standards, and measurements that help the organization to effectively manage both on a daily basis and long-term its asset portfolio (high-dollar assets and testing equipment) with regards to cost, control, risk, compliance, and business performance objectives.
Develops and manages project manpower projections and escalates potential risks identified throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
Develops and maintains department forecasts and pipeline to assist with proactive coordination of manpower, asset acquisitions and cost savings opportunities.
Fosters and maintains positive vendor relationships.
Compiles and presents asset management reports to clients, supervisors, and senior executives.
Supervises Asset Management team.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Asset lifecycle management industry best practices and methodology
Contract management and administration industry best practices and processes
Service level monitoring and compliance reporting
Software licensing management and compliance reporting
Microsoft productivity tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Must possess advanced level skillset in excel
Supervisor/management experience preferred
Construction project manpower analysis experience preferred
Regular attendance is mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent self-organization and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
Ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly

Ability to apply creative solutions to business problems to ensure business needs are most effectively met
