Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, serves as patient liaison and entrance screener in a positive, friendly, and responsive manner to all internal and external customers. Demonstrates warmth, caring and sensitivity toward all people in and entering Edward Elmhurst Health locations by practicing responsible communication to complete screening process and offer assistance. Provides accurate information, directions and intervention methods to meet customers' health care needs and make their experience at Edward Elmhurst Healtha positive one.
Location: Naperville
Hours: Will be scheduled between hours of 6:00a-8:00p w/rotating weekends
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED within six months of start date into position
Possesses excellent customer service/public relations skills
Ability to assist patients in and out of vehicles and to push them in wheelchair
Preferred:
Minimum one year of previous experience in a service position in an industry such as hotel, travel, or healthcare
Proficiency with Word, Excel & Epic
