The Global Solutions Leader for the CBRE Digital & Analytics team is the business analytics sales and client solutions leader for Global Workplace Services (GWS), focusing on America’s and Global pursuits. The Digital & Analytics team is a group of expert data professionals, analysts, data scientists, and developers driving real estate business intelligence projects for CBRE’s clients. Our Solutions are passionate about data integration and automation, warehousing, and visualization to optimize client portfolio operations across all service lines: facilities management, project management, finance, portfolio strategy, benchmarking and capital planning, etc.

The Global Solutions Leader will lead regional GWS Digital & Analytics sales and solutions activity from RFP to award, in collaboration with CBRE’s Client Solutions teams. They will lead the achievement of strategic goals and results for CBRE’s occupier clients with a focus on the sale and deployment of coordinated solutions crafted to build outstanding measurable outcomes for these clients. In working with CBRE’s Global Head of Digital & Analytics Sales and Solutions and other GWS leadership, the Leader will be responsible for regional growth to meet budgeted financial targets for the GWS business.

What You’ll Do

+ Together with leadership, establish performance objectives and results related to the business’ goals, financial targets, client happiness, and other specific objectives.

+ Achieve sales targets in collaboration with CBRE’s Sales and Client Solutions team.

+ Support the management and achievement of financial, operational, and other key performance indicators for client engagements, internal projects, or overall team goals.

+ Lead client presentations (both in-person and virtually) as part of sales pursuits and occasionally service delivery.

+ Translate account needs and outcomes into effective solutions. Articulate in a simple fashion the business intelligence solution architecture including the associated benefits.

+ Transition your solution to CBRE teams handling the delivery and development of your design.

+ Understand real estate technology and popular solutions in the marketplace.

+ Engage in a consultative capacity with clients and account teams to refine, adapt, and deploy solutions in support of ground-breaking long-term relationship contracting models.

+ Engage with key partners and segment leadership to participate in the ongoing visioning and definition of industry-leading strategies and solutions.

+ Miscellaneous support for marketing materials, presentations, budgeting, and resource planning.

+ Problem-solve technical issues and client questions. Raise issues to GWS Leadership and applicable technical experts as required.

What You’ll Need

+ Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data & Analytics, or related program preferred but not required.

+ A minimum of seven years of business experience in sales, consulting, and/or real estate experience is required, including five years of experience at the management level.

+ Broad abilities across several key categories: sophisticated solutions experience, team management, strong client-facing communications, experience in business intelligence and common real estate technologies, and knowledge of the corporate real estate outsourcing industry. Minimum of 10+ years of experience.

+ A self-starter and driver with ability to solve problems and take care of a variety of options in situations.

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to optimally convey messaging to partners in varying areas of the business.

+ Requires a high degree of analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrable experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis and research of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company and the company’s largest, most strategic occupier clients.

+ Knowledge of data management, architecture, and analysis, along with knowledge of visualization and analytics tools including Tableau would be an asset.

+ Foundational understanding of hosting environments such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure is preferred.

This position is available as remote or hybrid, working from a CBRE office. The Digital & Analytics group has a presence in New York, NY, Santa Barbara, California, Chicago, IL, and Dallas, TX. This is a role that requires the flexibility to attend calls and meetings in multiple time zones. 30% Travel expected.
