Job Description:

Arrow is looking for a Strategic Contracts Manager to support our Contingent Workforce Programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing and Category Management Support

+ Negotiate, review, and draft contracts (including MSAs, NDAs, amendments, statements of work, etc.) with low to medium complexity and risk under moderate supervision, balancing the need for cost containment, vendor consolidation, and risk management.

+ Drive utilization of Arrow contract templates, minimize deviations and ensure free-text fields adequately detail contractual obligations.

+ Minimize the utilization of supplier contract templates or ensure supplier templates adhere to Arrow’s terms and conditions.

+ Actively participate in the development of risk/benefit analysis with Global Sourcing and Procurement staff, key stakeholders, and department personnel on contracting activities. Lead all affected Arrow personnel through the review of benefits received, goals achieved, and risks assumed as a part of all contracting activities. Document these activities and required written Arrow approvals for future reference.

+ Conduct oversight reviews of ongoing negotiations with vendors and provide support as required.

+ Recommend improvement opportunities and propose modifications to Arrow templates.

+ Identify and implement savings and process improvement opportunities to optimize BU spending.

Relationship Management

+ Work closely with Business Unit personnel and other key stakeholders, including IT, Finance, and Legal, to develop joint strategies for achieving company requirements and implement contracts for identified needs.

+ Interacted with key stakeholders, ensured objectives aligned with their expectations, and provided project status and analysis throughout the negotiation and contract development phases.

+ Ensure risk assessment information is current and complete for all assigned contracts.

+ Work closely with stakeholders to develop joint strategies for achieving company requirements.

+ Respond to BU inquiries and special requests.

Project Management

+ Provide incremental support to sourcing teams for the execution of strategies within the category plans.

+ Manage multiple simultaneous project contracting activities

+ Prepare and maintain project milestones, change management communications, and ensure projects adhere to the timeline requirements.

+ Contribute to the development and creation of sourcing and BU research and documentation.

+ Identify and generate contracting and acquisition process improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

+ 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, or 3 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

+ Actively participate in and facilitate category strategy development, supplier reviews, and other relevant meetings.

+ Strong organizational awareness and ability to plan and make decisions with minimal guidance.

+ Proactive and collaborative approach delivering superior stakeholder engagement.

+ Strong analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

+ Solves complex problems.

+ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

+ Contributes to process improvements.

+ Typically resolves problems using existing solutions.

+ Able to adapt to a changing environment.

+ Manages multiple projects and tasks.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$84,700.00 – $99,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Location:

US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building)

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
