*Position:Diagnostic Imaging Assistant Senior- Front desk Admin
*Location:Rotating Locations: Highland Park, Vernon Hills, Gurnee sites
*Full Time/Part Time:Per diem/ Registry
*Hours: Flexible/Varies
*Required Travel:Yes

What you will need:
*Education:High School degree or equivalent
*Certification:CPRcertification required.
*Experience:1-2 years of prior secretarial supervisory experience and medical terminology preferred.
*Skills:Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required; typing 25-35 wpm.

What you will do:
Under the direction of the management, responsibilities include various tasks concerning reception of patients maintained in the Radiology Department.
Responsible for other related duties as requested, with an emphasis on proper documentation and courteous patient contract.
Registers and checks in patients for exams
Schedules exams as needed
Contacts doctors' offices and patients as needed
Regular communication with technical staff
Assisting with secretarial duties as needed.
