Job Description

Ryan has a career opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the development team as Director of Project Development! This position will support the pursuit of new business and the execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development and construction projects.

Some things you can expect to do:
Support the Directors of Development and VPs of Development by participating in the coordination of and execution of various supporting assignments on multiple projects.
Perform market research.
Organize project information, including project meetings.
Facilitate project team communication.
Prepare deal approval packages for the board of directors and management teams.
Assist in site evaluation and acquisition and with LOI/Lease negotiations.
Assist in coordinating tenant improvement construction projects.
Support the entitlement process.
Draft and create development proposals.
Create and manage simple to complex development pro formas.
To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field is required. You must have 2-4 years of related experience.

Have relationship building skillsets.
Can collaborate within a cross-functional team in multiple geographies.
