Position Summary
The Advanced Business Analyst is a mid-level business analysis position and serves as a key subject matter contributor for organizing and coordinating strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business team operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges. Advanced Business Analysts will work closely with Business resources and stakeholders, internal Technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers.
What Youll Do

Distill and analyze complex, enterprise level business challenges and transform those challenges into succinct, written business, functional and technical requirements

Review business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of business or technical processes

Able to communicate high level technology requirements and specifications that meet current and future business needs

Co-lead in large enterprise level projects while working with cross functional teams in planning, development and implementation of technical solutions
