Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, simultaneously for review by commercial, legal, and OEC management.
- Maintain outstanding level of oral and written communication when addressing daily operational compliance inquiries from customer facing and home office personnel.
- Monitor, identify, and report on trends within ABS, Free Text, Samples, and Peer to Peer monitoring data, including presenting to the Office of Ethics and Compliance, Commercial, and Legal partners.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of ABS, Free Text, Samples, and Peer to Peer operational tasks and provide regular updates and records reviews.
- Approach business challenges with the US Commercial Compliance team in multiple ongoing projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Financial Compliance and Legal stakeholders to resolve complex compliance issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVEs
-3-5 years of experience in related role
-Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related Field
-Experience in a highly regulated industry (pharma, med device, banking, insurance, etc.)
-Substantial MS Office skills (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) – pivot tables experience required
-SharePoint and/or Power BI experience
NICE TO HAVEs
-Extensive experience in pharma compliance in US
-Experience using SalesForce
-Power BI a huge plus
-Viva experience
