School Social Worker

We are on the search for our a compassionate School Social Worker to support students in Beach Park, IL. The ideal candidate would enjoy working with the elementary or middle school population and have experience with the IEP process. + Weekly paid 52 week salaries to full-time staff.
+ 30-35+ days of PTO which includes holidays. All school holidays are paid breaks for full-time AnthroMed staff.
+ 1:1 support from our Clinical Director and access to a School Social Worker resource database
+ 100% reimbursement for licensure dues
+ $150 quarterly stipend
Job Responsibilities:+ Provide intervention and casework support (whole group, small group, 1:1) to the elementary or middle school population of students
+ Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure student safety and success
+ Advocate for the wellbeing of students (social/emotional/academic)
+ Cross-functional collaboration with teachers and families to understand how to best meet student needs
+ Create and maintain interventions in order to understand effectiveness of behavior support plans
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:+ Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
+ Ability to obtain PEL with School Social Worker Endorsement
+ Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
