40 hour work week Monday-Friday (OT is typically optional)

+ 1+ recent experience with order entry
+ Administrative and Customer Service Experience
+ Manufacturing/Consumer Products Experience preferred

Description:
- Process purchase orders and verify component availability
- Coordinated component availability to meet project release date
- Manage and oversee jobs in the process to meet the agreed ship date
- Resolve problems due to miss-handling, shipping damage, or miss-applied components
- Process engineering bills of materials as provided by engineering
- Enter changes to bills of materials from engineering change forms
- Interface with accounting to release shipments for delivery
- Direct vendor contact to resolve delivery and pricing concerns
- Schedule trucking carriers for systems shipments
- Invoicing customer’s PO
- Inventory Control
