In line with our mission, we are looking to hire a Lead Credentialing Specialist to join our Credentialing team.

What You Will Do:

The Lead Credentialing Specialist is responsible for managing application content and delivery, including maintenance of ongoing deadlines, preliminary quality review, and client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Application Processing

  • Use industry knowledge to process provider applications with regulatory and client defined timelines while evaluating for accuracy and completeness.

  • Request, complete, and finalize all pending verifications.

  • Responsible for the collection of all organization specific documents

  • Finalize application and review for quality assurance.

  • Assist with follow-up on all MSO review comments and necessary investigations.

  • Track pending verifications and application issues through committee review.

Client Service

  • Provide quality customer support to all levels of personnel.

  • Explain software systems and new processes.

  • Utilize critical thinking to resolve support and client questions.

  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure client needs are met.

Client Collaboration

  • Organize and participate in virtual client meetings to provide application status updates and/or any discrepancies that may have been uncovered.

  • Track and meet client application deadlines.

  • Create and maintain successful relationships.

  • Assist with special client projects.

  • Assist with general new client implementation as required.
