Job Title: Senior QA Engineer
Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role

Essential Functions:
*Write Test plans and participate in Test plan/code reviews
*Build efficient automated regression test suite
*Troubleshoot issues and participate in root cause analysis
*Take ownership and be accountable for assigned work
*Actively engage and contribute to grooming product features
*Collaborate and interact effectively within a team
*Ability to coordinate cross-team activities effectively
*Provide constructive feedback for process improvements

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Equivalent combinations of education, training, or work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Required Experience:
*  Minimum 7 + years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual testing and automated test development
*Experience testing customer-facing web applications
*Experience in creating, executing, and debugging automated tests using Selenium or a similar framework
*Hands on experience with REST and SOAP service testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI
*Solid understanding and work experience in SQL queries to validate the data in relational database platforms like SQL Server or Oracle
*Experience in practicing testing practices in an Agile environment, including estimation, requirement analysis, and delivery life cycles
*Strong background on establishing quality standards, following appropriate testing methods, tools, and strategies in the release delivery phases
*Excellent communication and be able to effectively coordinate and partner with other scrum teams
*Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Experience:
*Agile Scrum and/or Scaled Agile experience (SAFe)
*Git, TFS or other similar source control tools
*Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies
