Job Summary 
 Elmhurst University invites applications for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing and Public Health for Fall 2024. Primary teaching responsibility will be in the graduate programs, with flexibility to teach across all programs. The teaching load is six courses per year. Previous teaching and scholarship preferred.
Essential Functions 
 Teaching 6 courses per year
Scholarship that supports teaching and practice
Service at the department and university level
Other Duties and Responsibilities 
 Participation in department and university functions and events
Minimum Qualifications 
 PhD or DNP

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements 
 Employee is subject to indoor work, protected from weather conditions. Work is ambulatory in nature and involves exerting up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Flexibility in days, hours and shifts is required.
