CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Workday Adaptive Financial Systems Associate to join our talented Financial Systems team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
This role provides day-to-day support of Workday Adaptive financial management platforms. This role is a technical resource to all of Finance and firm wide functional departments.
How you'll create opportunities in this Financial Systems Associate role:
Provide technical and functional expertise in supporting Workday Adaptive Planning Functions, budgeting forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
Conduct needs assessments with internal customers on report requirements; write or modify basic custom reports based on user requirements.
Resolve escalated user issues and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service. Participate in the review, design, development, testing, training and deployment of new functionality, including biannual releases.
Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of report data to ensure data integrity
Manage system performance and resolve system issues
What you will need:
1 year of ERP or related experience required. Workday Adaptive Planning experience is required.
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Information Technology or related degrees are preferred.
