Job Description
Assist in supporting the Healthcare Business Operations team in endeavors throughout the organization to identify, lead, and assist in implementing sustainable improvements to position Endeavor Health for operational success and enhance the delivery of safe, seamless, and personal care. Build and apply skills in Healthcare Business Operations, project research and management, project organization, and group facilitation to achieve project aims aligned with the organizational goals. Work directly with Healthcare Business Operations Leaders and collaborate with diverse roles across the Endeavor Health system to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and lead improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Observe and documenting operational processes in detail (e.g. time studies, process mapping, general observations, and feedback from stakeholders)
Analyze and deconstructing processes to determine value, identify opportunities, and predict effects of potential interventions/process changes
Effectively communicating analysis and potential improvements to process owners to initiate and implement sustainable change
Support strategy and planning projects related to advancing the organizational goals and creating value, and provide assistance to coordinate and implement initiatives related to community impact and engagement.
Currently enrolled student in a Bachelor or Master's Degree Program. If currently enrolled in an undergrad status, must have completed at least two years of coursework with status as a junior or non-graduating senior.
