We are seeking a Sr. Director HR Talent Management and Learning to help support our upcoming Kidney Care separation.

Essential Responsibilities:
Key member of Global Talent leadership team providing thought leadership into global talent management and learning strategies across various disciplines: development, culture, leadership, organization effectiveness, learning development, talent processes and systems, change management, and the learning management system.
Lead projects or workstreams that cut across Talent Management team as needed, such as partnering with an executive functional leader and HRBP on organization design and/or change management for transformation efforts, listening systems approach for specific culture initiatives, or talent review and planning process implementation.
Establish professional and leadership development strategies based on a combination of business needs, broader organization effectiveness goals, data and analytics on current state, professional judgement, experience, and external best practices.
Direct leadership responsibility for development team members, providing manager support, coaching, performance management and oversight of program design and delivery; manage a team of about 10 direct and indirect reports (Analyst - Director level) that support all businesses.
Lead and develop a team to deliver innovative training solutions that will advance skills and expertise of all employees.
Drive the overall learning strategy for segments and global internal stakeholders such as Integrated Supply Chain, Legal, HR, IT, and Finance with effective stakeholder management and global processes and identify training needs, build upon existing content, and continuously monitor training effectiveness.
Partner with and influence executives in the C-Suite and senior leaders across the organization on the design and implementation of strategic talent management programs (leadership development, talent management process, change management initiatives, team and leader effectiveness and culture).
Assist the Vice President of Talent with the development of the talent strategy supporting materials for the Leadership team and/or Board of Directors such as talent review for senior leaders, human capital dashboard or turnover analysis.
Lead the implementation of effective learning programs and interventions from 'design to delivery' that develop the skills, capabilities, and knowledge that our employees and leaders need now and in the future.
Lead cross functional team at all levels (including CEO) on the design and planning of annual Global Leadership Meeting for top 125 leaders (GLT) and ongoing quarterly GLT calls.
Own the internal training processes and drive standardization for all learning components including content standards.
Manage the L&D and Talent Management budget.
Identify, select, and manage vendors that design and deliver training programming. Work with external vendors as needed to identify training solutions that are effective. and scalable. Manage budget and vendor relationships.
Oversee innovative, blended learning content development and delivery for all levels of leadership and professionals, VP engagement sessions, broad manager engagement and development strategies, high potential action/coaching learning, executive coaching, engagement mechanisms, toolkits, web content, social platforms and more.

Job Qualifications/Education
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Learning, and Organization Effectiveness or some combination of these.
