Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Leading The Development Of Functional And Non-Functional Business Requirements; Working With The Business Solutions Lead To Understand Business Strategy And Translate Into Product Requirement.

Intelligent Automation, the intersection of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) with advanced analytics/AI, presents a unique opportunity to enhance our business capabilities. The IPAL (Intelligent Process Automation Lab) is building a team of experts charged with scaling our delivery capability and helping to shape/drive automation opportunities.

This position in IPAL is responsible for working with our Business Partners and our development delivery team to build Automations on the UiPath RPA platform. Responsible for driving collaborations and documenting business opportunities for business process efficiencies via automation. Role leads the development of functional and non-functional business requirements; works with Business Partners to define the Process Definition Documentation and to understand the business and process strategy and translate those into automation requirements. Collaborate and act as a liaison between business and IPAL to ensure delivered automation meets business process requirements

Required Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree and 4 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 8 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience.
*1 year experience leading project.
*Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
*Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
*Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
*Business acumen.
*Project management skills.
*Requirements definition and management.
*SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
*Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
*Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
*Written and verbal communications

Preferred Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
*Business process management and modeling.
*BA Certification**Experience working in healthcare industry
*Business Analysis expertise on an RPA platform (UiPath or other).
*2+ years experience with RPA along with 4+ years of overall experience.
*Experience creating RPA Process Definition Documents (PDD) ensuring Process Understanding goals such as "as-is path" and "bot-path".
*Experience in RPA Automation: Desktop Applications / Web Applications / Citrix Environments / Salesforce / Excel / Mainframe and Legacy Systems.
*Excellent inter-personal communication skills, communicating with Business process owners, Architects and Developers.
*Experience working with teams of Architects and Developers.
*Ability to multi-task and support development teams to ensure timely software development deliverables.
*Certification: UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals
