Job Description
DescriptionThe University of Chicago's Department of Pathology seeks academically oriented Neuropathologists to join its faculty at any rank. We especially welcome applicants with fellowship training in neuropathology as well as interest and experience in another field of surgical pathology, particularly head and neck pathology. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Opportunities for translational research are available. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications.
Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) possess an MD degree or equivalent, 2) have board certification or eligibility in Anatomic Pathology as well as Neuropathology, and 3) hold or be eligible to hold a medical license in the States of Illinois and Indiana.
