Position Overview:

As a Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Quality Director and will complete routine activities to monitor and coordinate the project quality program. This position will be responsible for reviewing documents, attending meetings, conducting walk-throughinspections,and investigating non-compliant conditions.You will also be responsible for coordinating,documenting,and reporting quality control and quality assurance activities and performing quality control inspections and tests and for providing required documentation for the assigned areas or disciplines on a project.

What you'll do as the Quality Manager-Facilities, Health and Safety:

The position is in Carol Stream, IL and will support all 4 technology solutions centers.
Reports to the Quality & Environmental Director located in the Carol Stream, IL location.
Ensure all documented processes for ISO 9K, 14K and 45K requirements are current and reflect the current tasks and measurement to validate objectives are being met.
Act as the main point of contact during all ISO audits; internal and external to provide evidence of compliance.
Ensures all records are kept per the requirements to show compliance and analyzed for continual improvements.
Drives Corrective and Preventative Actions on any nonconformities identified.
Drives the overall Warehouse 5S operational appearance.
Manage all facility, maintenance safety aspects to ensure WHS is operational.
Perform daily WHS inspections per the operational checklist
Maintain all maintenance and training records for the equipment maintenance and forklift and machine training.
Interface with the local Carol Stream maintenance company to execute required repairs and maintenance.
Screen all suppliers to ensure they perform per our expectations and are environmentally responsible
Interfacing with suppliers to ensure work is being done per expectations
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor Degree or AA minimum
Six Sigma certification a plus
PMP certification a plus Experience with managing maintenance and facility issues
Meet customer needs, meeting quality standards for services and ensure proactive risks are mitigated for OSHA requirements
Experience in warehouse, quality, facility and OSHA requirements
Familiarity with ISO requirements and driving ongoing compliance.
Ability to work effectively alone and is flexible to handle changes in priorities.
Must be a highly motivated, service-oriented and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail and results driven.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency with excel, specifically Microsoft Office and exposure to smart sheets.
Good writing skills for basic process documentation
Business principles involved in operational planning, data analysis and timely reporting.
Excellent time management skills
