Assist in the development of the annual operating plan and forecasts by partnering with business, operations, and finance leaders
Produce and analyze monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis to prior year, annual operating plan and forecasts
Provide insightful analysis of financial results to business leaders
Perform ad-hoc analyses and make recommendations that drives problem solving and leads to better business outcomes
Assist with preparation of the monthly financial presentations
Partner with business leadership on strategic initiatives to manage costs and drive growth
Work with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations
Design and build dynamic financial models that facilitate understanding drivers of results; communicate results to finance and business leaders
Partner with FP&A leadership to drive continuous process improvement
Requirements
3+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA/CPA preferred
Strong financial systems experience, preferably Essbase and Hyperion Planning
Advance Microsoft Excel skills, intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and PowerBI with the ability to quickly learn various in-house systems and applications
Experience with cost analysis, forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling and business analysis
Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, highly organized, effective time management skills, and excellent work ethic
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of US GAAP
