Small businesses have unique spending needs; sometimes great opportunities come along that require them to amp up their spending quickly, well beyond a traditional credit limit. That's where this team comes in: our team's product helps customers spend what they need while still protecting the company from risk, independent of a traditional credit line. We do this by using cutting edge technology, real-time data, and the ingenuity of a team of passionate product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to redefine how millions of customers interact with their money. In this role, you'll be a leader of the team that delivers this exciting new capability.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the customer acquisitions platform migration which will directly impact how we acquire new customers in BC&P. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the end-to-end process of transitioning our existing platform to a more advanced, scalable, and user-friendly system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of technology stacks, is intellectually curious, has a relentless focus on the customer, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within tight timelines.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive strategy for the platform migration and modernization process, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
2. Project Management: Lead all aspects of the migration project, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.
3. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define clear objectives for the new platform.
4. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and direction throughout the migration process, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing procedures to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the migrated platform.
7. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to support internal teams and end-users in effectively utilizing the new platform.
8. Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post-migration and iterate on the platform to optimize performance and meet evolving business needs.
