Job Summary:
The IT Solutions Architect will be responsible for reviewing overall customer project, delivery and providing holistic strategic architecture combined with technology, client insights, to drive overall business value and adoption. This role will develop strong relationships with multiple business units at all levels, while responsible for the strategic solutions delivery of various infrastructure consulting services to our clients and across the organization. The individual in this role must demonstrate the ability to lead infrastructure engagements leveraging cloud or premise-based technologies.
Job Duties:
Drives client executive management with defining IT strategy and direction
Establishes and executes the company's infrastructure services strategy to include security, virtualization, defining overall direction and offerings within the company and for clients
Oversees and manages with client executive management, evangelizes our technology offering best in class services
Conducts client IT assessments to identify technology gaps and develop/execute a remediation roadmap
Collaborate with other company practices to deliver holistic customer solutions
Oversees strategic projects and manages collaborative efforts to address challenging solutions
Drives and delivers modern infrastructure solutions while identifying new technology needed for the continued success of the practice
Manages Solution Architecture utilizing Security, Cloud Technologies, On-Premise Infrastructure, Server Compute, Client Compute, Advanced Networking, Storage, Virtualization and Office 365
Oversees the Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) process as it applies to IT and integrations architecture for clients undergoing a buy-side or sell-side activity
Manages infrastructure solutions and delivery team
Travels to the client site, as needed
Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Proactively manages team to defined practice KPIs while responsible for team performance metrics, yield, and developing new skills
Evaluates and builds a high performing team while supporting the team's hiring, recruiting, and retention
Manages professional development of team and leads performance evaluations of direct reports
May act as Career Advisor to associates and senior associates
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required
Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business or Information Technology, preferred
Experience:
Five (5) or more years of experience with infrastructure implementation life cycles and the ability to demonstrate success leading multiple infrastructure project teams to completion, required
Five (5) or more years of experience managing project timelines and deliverables, required
Five (5) or more years of experience with infrastructure package solutions, required
Two (2) or more years of experience conducting IT Assessments, IT Due Diligence and Solution Architecture road mapping and deliverables, preferred
Two (2) or more years of experience in application development, preferred
Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred

Self-driven, strong attention to detail, and excels operating in a fast-paced technical environment
Inquisitive technologist - ability to stay up to date on the latest industry trends
Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues
Able to convey complex technical information in a format suitable for non-technical executives
