Job Description
General Manager in Chicago, Illinois, with Bachelor's in Business Administration or related or foreign equivalent, to: Review ongoing financial statements and transactions; Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide quality meats, veggies and etc.; Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, evaluation, and scheduling of employees; Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties; Perform floor work, such as greeting or assisting customers, and addressing or resolving any complaints or problems; Coordinate financial or budget activities, including cash flow handling, budget analysis and payroll processing; Direct administrative activities directly related to establishing personnel performance and customer service expectations; Maintain records required for food handling for all staff, including record-keeping to ensure orderly use of inventory within optimal freshness windows; Ensure compliance with health and fire regulations, as well as conformity to state liquor regulations; Coordinate catering orders; and Direct facility maintenance or repair activities.
