Job Description
Determine eligibility of applicants for low-income housing assistance in the Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HVC) Program and/or Low-income Public Housing (LIPH) Program. Essential functions are as follows: determine eligibility for potential housing program participation under the Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance Program or LIPH Program and process documentation to substantiate eligibility, organize and conduct family briefings for all certified program applicants in the Housing Choice Voucher Program or Resident Files in the LIPH Program, and perform other related clerical support activities for the noted Programs.
