Job Description
Develops, modifies, and maintains assigned programs.
Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram.
Performs systems analysis and develops beginning to intermediate programming code.
Provides on-call support and problem resolution for applications.
Monitors the operation of assigned programs and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.
Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment.
Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering (Any) or related field plus two years of work experience in any position/title providing experience with Business Objects .
