Job Description
Responsible for administering SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches to ensure system security and performance. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Configure SAP modules to align with business requirements and improve efficiency. Customize SAP solutions to meet specific business needs, collaborating closely with end-users and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for system performance improvements and implement enhancements. Conduct regular system performance tuning and optimization efforts. Provide technical support to SAP end-users, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, changes, and updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Master’s in computer science, Engineering any, MIS, business, or related field or foreign equivalent. Will accept Bachelor or foreign equivalent with five years related IT experience in lieu of stated education requirements. Will accept any suitable combination of education/training/experience. Frequent travel & relocation may be required. Multiple openings.
