Job Description

CDW Technologies LLC seeks a Senior Solutions Specialist – Business Process Management to perform the following duties:

• Provide Business Process Management solutions to clients for a variety of operating systems and infrastructures, including requirement analyses, design, installation, deployment, configuration, programming and testing.
• Develop and use custom codes, APIs and UIs supporting Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as required and defined by technical specifications, using Web and Cloud Based API Development Tools including Chrome Developer, Visual Studio Code, Sublime.
• Utilize Integration Designer applications and tools and Java and J2EE Frameworks including Core Java, JPA (Java Persistence API), JS (Java Script), JSTL (Java Standard Tag Library), Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Thymeleaf.
• Create technical and conceptual specifications in support of business needs and functional specifications.
• Install, configure, and administer IBM BPM Process Manager and Process Server.
• Perform Chatbot development working with IBM Watson Assistant, Google DialogFlow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Luis, and Rasa.
• Debug, document and resolve issues discovered during System/Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing including work with User Interface Frameworks and Applications such as DOJO and jQuery.
• Prepare detailed design and code documents as well as other documentation.
• Handle customer engagements requiring knowledge of multiple technologies, and provide technical sales support.
• Perform database management duties working with IBM DB2, Azure Cosmos, Mongo DB, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Provide guidance to less experienced Solution Specialists.
• Utilize a wide variety of other technologies and tools including AWS, Jenkins, GO, Gradle & Maven, Spring Boot, Python, Angular, Bootstrap, CSS3, HTML5, JSP, Glassfish, React, SASS, Agile and JIRA methodology.

The job is based out of CDW’s Vernon Hills, IL headquarters but the employee may work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
