Sprout Social is looking to hire a Vice President, Total Rewards to join the People team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role will be responsible for leading our Total Rewards function.

As the VP, Total Rewards, you will play an impactful role in leading the Total Rewards team to ensure a best-in-class experience for all Sprout team members. As a Total Rewards Leader, you will be responsible for driving and managing the development and continuous improvement of our global total rewards programs, including managing the execution of benefits, compensation, and equity programs that help us attract and retain the best talent.

What you'll do
Provide strategic leadership to define and execute a Global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base salary structures, incentive plans and equity programs to attract and retain world-class talent across all functions and ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards through regular market research.
Lead/manage our existing Benefits team members and oversee the development and management of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, leave policies, and other employee perks.
Partner with the Chief People Officer on all Board related Compensation, Benefits and Equity matters.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver effective communication and education programs to enhance employee understanding and engagement with total rewards offerings.
Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of total rewards expenses.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as compensation consultants, benefits providers, and other relevant stakeholders to optimize program effectiveness and cost efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to People Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, promotions, and other related activities.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in total rewards to continuously enhance the organization's programs and maintain competitiveness in the talent market.
