Job Description

Lead a team that works on all projects related to modifications and upgrades of Customers’ equipment manufactured by Serac and some OEM suppliers including new parts for new bottles or caps, upgrade of electronic controls and modifications for new applications; Work with Customer Service Salespeople to provide quotes for requested retrofits; Ensure all requests are quoted in a timely manner; Organize regular team meetings to ensure all projects are followed-up correctly; Close follow-up on sales and targets for each financial year; Monitoring of project delivery times to maintain promised dates; Review and analyze the feasibility of customer’s requests (RFQ, drawings, samples, timelines, etc.); Assist with research and analyze of engineering data to develop and evaluate retrofit and product configurations; Assist with development of processes, test, and validation of retrofit installations to ensure compliance with customers’ requirements and regulatory standards; Assist with plans to meet customers’ requirements, follow up on customers’ needs and timelines; Create quotes and cost calculations for new modifications; Clarify scope of supply if necessary; Prepare, review and consolidate technical and administrative documents (spec books, parts list, etc.); Ensure all required parts and studies are completed by team on time; Coordinate electrical part of the project with electrical engineering; Avoid scope creep (if any additional things are requested, discuss with salesperson immediately); Conduct the final verification of pre-assembly before delivery; Supervise pre-assembling in the workshop during the preparation phase, including debug and testing phases of the projects; Follow up on delivery; Work closely with the Field Service Manager to plan all needed resources (technicians / tools) on site; Follow up with Field Service team during assembly, installation and commission on site; Prepare/review post project reports and updates; Ensure customer’s data files are updated based on project changes; Perform other duties as assigned.
