Job Description
Designing and developing new products using service-oriented architectures and Oracle applications using PL/SQL, UNIX, Informatica, Tableau, GIT, Autosys, Redshift, and Sybase; Collaborating with the team members to ensure best practices are followed; Building and enhancing new services and applications using Oracle Stored procedures; Ensuring quality code by participating in code reviews; Defining and enforcing the use of design patterns and coding standards; Analyzing requirements to assist in the creation, grooming, and estimating of user stories; Analyzing, Designing and Developing business applications using Oracle PL/SQL; Working k in SQL and experience working with large, complex data sets; Developing materialized views for data replication in distributed environments; Using SQL loader to load data from flat files to tables; Proactively identifying Production issues before failure; Developing applications using Microsoft Visual Studio (.NET, JavaScript) and Microsoft SQL Server; and communicating with the Business users on a regular basis to understand the requirements and to help them perform user testing. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or Engineering and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in IT field. Special requirements: Experience with PL/SQL, UNIX, Informatica, Tableau, GIT, Autosys, Redshift, and Sybase. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. Telecommuting May Be Permitted.
