Job Description

Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of multiple chain restaurants throughout the midwestern U.S.
Responsible for formulating company policies and standards, including personnel; food safety; and administrative
policies. Evaluate performance of restaurants based on performance, financial success, and sales/labor analysis
and work with Managers to identify operational opportunities. Conduct on-site visits to ensure compliance with
food safety, employee safety, and customer safety standards. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and
firing employees. Ensure compliance with employee handbook. Utilize financial background to conduct audits and
implement initiatives to meet profit/loss benchmarks. Lead and organize new restaurant openings.
