What you will be doing...
Assist in keeping metrics or Key Performance Indicators up to date; participate in and/or leads team meetings to discuss department metrics.
Model adherence to the Core Values and encourage others to do the same.
Prioritize and communicate member responsibilities and keep the team focused on quality and functional requirements to ensure proper work flow.
What We Are Looking For...
High School Diploma or equivalent required
GD&T knowledge preferred
Plating experience preferred
