Job Description
Provide support to commercial truck product line with a major focus on steel springs and fabrications, and ferrous castings. Perform raw material assessment and process development, failure analysis in support of product development, manufacturing, and field issue resolution. Perform technical metallurgical projects with limited supervision or direction. Provide guidance and/or training to product and manufacturing engineering teams. Participate in the development of material specifications and/or manufacturing processes and resolution of test or field issues. 5-10% of travel required.
