The Data Analyst will be part of the Motorola Sales Operations Data Governance team, supporting the Video Security & Access (VS&A) portfolio. The responsibilities of the data analyst is to manage and translate the customers' master databases and integrated systems by quantifying and qualifying the data quality to a reporting standard. Reporting to the Data Governance Manager, the Data Analyst will help to enforce Data Governance policies, procedures and standards by analyzing and updating datasets to enable continuous improvement of reporting and data efficiencies.
The Day to Day:
Manage and resolve data integrity initiatives with Ringlead/ZoomInfo, Dunns & Bradstreet, Oracle EDQ and other platform tools
Manage the data import process for sales campaigns, acquisitions, migrations, and other bulk data loads
Oversee data processes within the Customer Data Hub
Maintain data quality and provide oversight to the data lifecycle
Work cross functionally to determine sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information in an organized and accessible data tool for upper management use/review
Participate in data analysis/validation of various data related projects
Assist in the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
Interaction with business and IT departments in understanding user needs
Perform analytics via Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce dashboards and reporting
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in applied data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, information technology & analytics, advanced mathematics or computer science
3+ Years' experience in Data Background: Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Data Integrity, or similar data facing role
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM sales application - complex understanding of objects, field level data, reporting
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel PIVOT tables and basic functionality
Fundalmental knowledge of Ringlead/ZoomInfo, Dunns & Bradstreet integrations
Fluency in Google (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)
Experience with Oracle CDH, Salesforce CPQ and/or SAP
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce dashboard and reporting
Ability to automate data-related tasks and technology as needed
Data interpretation skills to identify cause-and-effect relationships and make recommendations
Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines and changing prioritiesBasic Requirements
