We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Senior Coordinator to join our team. Supporting our Chicago office, the ideal candidate will be a versatile self-starter with excellent interpersonal, research, writing and organizational skills. This will be a hybrid role with requirements of three days a week in the Chicago office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
The position will be responsible for executing a broad range of marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth and enhance our brand image. On a daily basis, the staff's role will involve (but is not limited to):

Supporting local (and sometimes national) marketing campaigns, which may include components such as advertising, digital content creation, social media activation, market-facing events and sponsorships, firm/executive awards, public relations and more.

Supporting the Partners and staff with marketing resources, both personally and as liaison with the larger national Marketing Team.

Supporting the proposal development process.

Conducting and analyzing research.

Assisting with presentation and communication projects.

Monitoring new business opportunities.

Building and maintaining contact lists and databases.

Maintaining office inventory of marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience performing a variety of marketing and/or communications functions either within or on behalf of a corporate entity (i.e. "in-house" or agency)

Extensive experience with MS Office. Other marketing computer software and online applications a plus (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, etc.)

Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field required.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

A diverse skill set.

Good understanding of marketing principles.

The ability to lead projects and problem solve as needed.

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

Well organized with a customer-oriented approach.

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Knowledge of accounting, tax or other professional services is a plus.
