Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), affiliate entity of Plante & Moran, PLLC (PM) provides fully integrated Program Management/Owners Representation and Real Estate Services exclusively to corporations and institutional organizations.

Our office admin team focuses on supporting the firm's critical business needs. From providing assistance to our partners, and practice teams, to leveraging resources and optimizing firm operations, our administrative team plays a key role in the firm's success. Your Role.
Your work will include but not limited to:
Provide day-to-day support for multiple partners and their respective teams
Assist with the production of client or Firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
Coordinate meetings and events including travel arrangements for partners and staff
Create and review client invoices, utilizing hours and expense detail in firm management system
Attain expert level of knowledge in WYN in order to be capable of training practice staff in appropriate use of system to support practice development efforts
Arrange for conference rooms (including needed equipment and/or conference and video calls, catered meal arrangements, set-up, clean-up, etc.)
Assist with administrative projects
Responsible for frequent communications with all levels in the organization

The qualifications.
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Higher level of education/college coursework preferred.
2 or more years of experience working in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services or construction firm
Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality
Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ebuilder experience is helpful.

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
